Celebrating Sam’s 16th Birthday in Frankfurt!  Thank you to the Weydt family for making it such a special day.

A special birthday song for Sam – Ralf on the guitar and Ricky, Sofia, Laura, Tracee & Hana on vocals with versions in English, German, and Italian!  Sam received some awesome traditional German slippers as a special gift from the Weydts.

So funny to watch the kids play a word card game where we changed the rules to allow you to use words in any language – Ricky & Sofia can choose from Italian, German, and English.

A lovely lunch was followed by an amazing evening at the English theater.

Intermission at the theater – Prost!

This one is for you mom (Judy).  Ralf is still amazing on the piano.  Hearing him play brought back a flood of memories.  His playing style hasn’t changed – I could picture him at age 16 filling our living room with his beautiful music.
