Ralf had the brilliant idea to celebrate the Christmas holiday by cooking a traditional German Christmas goose (weihnachtsgans).  For starters, he arranged to purchase a biologically and politically correct goose (organic – evidently raised in a happy atmosphere) – translation = €€€.  

After an inordinate amount of discussion about the proper recipe and treatment, the bird made it into the oven.
