In 1989, the Berlin Wall fell.  A very famous picture that captured this historic occasion featured Berliners holding hands across the top of the Brandenburg Gate.  Look closely and you will see that a handsome young man wearing a Solon High School letter jacket is holding hands between the last two columns…who is that young man?  Ralf Weydt of course!  Solon High School was abuzz when we found out that Ralf was in the middle of history – and knowing Ralf like we did – none of us were surprised!
